Finally, Dr. Shin completed an interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine fellowship at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.

Dr. Shin maintains active memberships with the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Association of Academic Physiatrists, Spine Intervention Society, North American Spine Society, American Society of Interventional Pain, and Physicians Eastern Pain Association.

When he’s not treating patients at CHOICE Pain & Rehabilitation Center, Dr. Shin lives an active lifestyle. He is a 1st degree Judo black belt, enjoys water sports including scuba diving, swimming, water polo, and diving; and participates in outdoor sports such as snowboarding, biking, rock climbing, hiking, and camping.
